Established a consulting practice, public speaking business and talent development enterprise that trains, develops and coaches mid level managers of Fortune 100+ companies.
Founded the Women’s Institute for Global Leadership and created the first masters degree in leadership specifically designed for women, to include a myriad of professional development programs for a liberal arts university in Illinois.
She was selected as one of 15 elite female leaders from across the United States, chosen to participate in Leadership America’s international leadership program in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) - Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah.
Selected as a United Nations Association USA Delegate for the 63rd Commission on the Status of Women in NY
Created a non-profit educational entity that trains, mentors and coaches primarily underserved and traumatized young adults with personal & professional skills, spiritual guidance, as well as legacy ownership via local and global experiences.
Founded the Westside Women Unite movement, via a local non-profit, to organize sustainable community and economic development through legacy and generational ownership led by women.
Embarked upon a joint mission to Haiti and an independent mission project to support the women of Kenya in Njoro, Nakuru, Limuru, Narok and Rrotian.
